Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works to enter into a Temporary Right of Entry and License Agreement with ALCOSAN for ALCOSAN to take geotechnical borings to support the work necessary for ALCOSAN’S Wet Weather Program at the City’s asphalt plant, near the intersection of Allegheny River Boulevard and Washington Boulevard.
