Resolution authorizing the Citizen Police Review Board to enter into an Agreement(s) or Contract(s) with Attorney William F. Ward of Rothman Gordon, P.C., for professional services to assist in the legal representation of the Citizen Police Review Board for a period of Three years. Said Agreement(s) or Contract(s) shall not exceed Thirty-Three Thousand Dollars ($33,000) for 2017 and shall not exceed Forty-Five Thousand Dollars ($45,000) per year for 2018 and 2019; subject to the annual allocation by City Council.
