Resolution amending Resolution Enactment Number 42, effective February 11, 2016, previously amending Resolution Enactment Number 271, effective May 5, 2014, providing for an agreement or agreements for the Departments of Innovation & Performance and Public Safety to include upgrades to the City's existing public safety systems for a sum not to exceed One Hundred Forty-Three Thousand Five Hundred Sixty-Two Dollars and Fifty Cents ($143,562.50) Two Hundred Thousand Dollars ($200,000) and for the payment of the costs thereof; said amendment to extend the term from December 31, 2016 to September 30, 2017 and to allocate funds from a new JDE # to provide for the same.
