Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of Finance to enter into a contract or agreement with Fiscal Choice Consulting LLC for the purpose of reviewing and updating existing user fees for services provided by the City of Pittsburgh for a cost not to exceed sixty thousand dollars ($60,000).
