Resolution further amending Resolution No. 772 of 2016, effective January 1, 2017, as amended, entitled “adopting and approving the 2017 Capital Budget and the 2017 Community Development Block Grant Program; and approving the 2017 through 2022 Capital Improvement Program” by reducing and increasing various line items funded from the Community Development Block Grant, Emergency Solutions Grant, and Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS program.
