Resolution authorizing the Mayor and Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure to enter into an agreement with the PA Department of Community and Economic Development (DCED) Multimodal Transportation Fund (MTF), should the grant be awarded by DCED, to provide funding for the South 21st Street Complete Green Street Project in support of project implementation in collaboration with the Western Pennsylvania Conversancy. The total grant amount requested is $3,000,000 dollars for this stated purpose.
