Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of City Planning to enter into contract and hire consultant, Gensler Architecture, Design & Planning, P.C. to design a neighborhood plan. The neighborhood plan should be executed for a sum not to exceed One Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars and Zero Cents ($150,000.00).
