NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby commend and celebrate Don Panella for his tremendous service to the City and our wonderful parks; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare Tuesday, July 25th, 2017 to “Don Panella Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
