NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby commend Rachel Collura for recognizing the needs of others and for her generous donation to one of our local food banks; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare Monday, July 31, 2017, to be “Rachel Collura Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
