Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of Public Safety, on the behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, to enter into a grant agreement with the Pennsylvania Auto Theft Prevention Authority (ATPA), for the purpose of receiving grant funds in the amount of two hundred fifty-one thousand five hundred dollars ($251,500.00) that will be used to establish, coordinate and fund activities to prevent, combat and reduce auto theft.
