To authorize the Director of the Department of Finance and Management to enter into contract with Southeastern Equipment Co., Inc. for the purchase of one Articulating Wheel Loader for Columbus Water & Power; and to authorize the expenditure of $247,006.55 from within the Water Operating Fund.
