To authorize the Director of the Department of Finance and Management to enter into contract with Utility Truck & Equipment, Inc. for the purchase of a 75 ft bucket truck for the Department of Public Utilities; and to authorize the expenditure of $429,454.00 from within the Electricity Operating Fund.
