To authorize the Department of Finance and Management to enter into contract with Dive Rescue International, Inc. for the purchase of a Surface Supplied Air System to be used by the Division of Fire Dive and Rescue Team (DART) during operations such as rescues, floods, and recoveries; and to authorize the expenditure of $56,130.45 from the General Operating Fund.
