To authorize the Finance and Management Director to enter into a contract with Byers, Minton & Associates, LLC for a consulting services contract related to state government relations; to waive the competitive bidding provisions of Columbus City Code, Chapter 329; and to authorize the expenditure of $60,000.00 from the General Fund; and to declare an emergency.
