To authorize the Director of the Department of Finance and Management to enter into contract with Konica Minolta Sensing Americas, Inc. for a Portable Gas Detection Camera System for the Department of Public Utilities; and to authorize the expenditure of $85,000.00 from within the Sanitary Sewer Operating Fund.
