Resolution further amending Resolution No. 772 of 2016, effective January 1, 2017, as amended, entitled “adopting and approving the 2017 Capital Budget and the 2017 Community Development Block Grant Program; and approving the 2017 through 2022 Capital Improvement Program” by decreasing funds for the HOME Program to reflect the City’s allocation from the Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD).
