Lane Avenue, Suite 1035, Columbus, OH 43221, to serve on the Scioto Peninsula New Community Authority Board of Trustees as a citizen member, with a term expiration date of September 16, 2028, but shall continue to hold over into one or more subsequent terms until a citizen member is duly appointed to serve for the remainder of such term or until death, resignation, or removal for cause as determined by this Council.
