To authorize the City Clerk to enter into a fiscal agency grant agreement with Go Columbus Agriculture in support of South Side Family Farms; to authorize the expenditure of funds for the payment of reasonable food and non-alcoholic beverage expenses; to repeal previously passed ordinance 1967-2026; and to declare an emergency.
