Resolution authorizing the Mayor and Director of the Department of Public Safety, on the behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, to enter into a grant agreement with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Transportation, Division of Highway Safety, Police Traffic Services Grant, for the purpose of receiving grant funds in the amount of one hundred sixty-nine thousand two hundred nine dollars ($169,209.00) that will be used for Driving Under the Influence enforcement and outreach activities.
