Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Personnel and Civil Service Commission to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with Segal Waters Consulting for the provision of a classification and compensation study for a sum not to exceed Three Hundred Twenty-Five Thousand and Zero Dollars ($325,000.00) and for the payment of the costs thereof.
