Resolution further amending Resolution No. 762 of 2005, effective December 21, 2005, as amended, entitled “Resolution adopting and approving the 2006 Capital Budget and the 2006 Community Development Block Grant Program; and approving the 2006 through 2011 Capital Improvement Program” by removing unencumbered funds from projects pending closure pursuant to Chapter 218 of the City Code.
