NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh honors Pittsburgh Phillips Elementary School for its commitment to promoting a healthy living and learning environment; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare Friday, September 22, 2017 to be “Phillips Elementary School Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
