NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby recognize, commend and congratulate Linwood Alford for receiving the NCM Lifetime Achievement Award for his extraordinary body of work as an exemplary professional, a dedicated volunteer and a role model in the service of his community.
