NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby acknowledges the Beechview Branch of the Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh for the 50th anniversary of its opening; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council hereby declares Saturday, October 8, 2017, “Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh-Beechview Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
