Resolution providing for an amended Agreement or Agreements with Action Housing, Inc. for costs associated with the Emergency Rental Assistance Program (ERAP 1); providing for payment of the costs thereof, not to exceed Fifteen Million Nine Hundred Forty Thousand One Hundred Four Dollars and Thirty-Five Cents ($15,940,104.35), an increase of Twelve Thousand Six Hundred Eighty-Six Dollars and Thirty-Five Cents ($12,686.35) from the previously executed Agreement.
