NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby recognize Charles Sterling Wiggins for his years of dedication to his community, his family and his country; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare Thursday, September 28, 2017, to be “Charles Sterling Wiggins Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
