NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby recognize and commend the Young Preservationists Association of Pittsburgh for preserving our region’s unique history and providing a platform for young people to participate in historic preservation; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare Thursday, October 5th, 2017 to be “Young Preservationists Association of Pittsburgh Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
