Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works and/or the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure to take all necessary actions to acquire and secure a right-of-way and temporary construction easements, as-needed, for the replacement structure, including the taking of property by eminent domain if necessary, involving the Carnahan Road/Wenzell Avenue reconstruction project, cost not to exceed $495,000.00.
