Resolution further amending Resolution No. 855 of 2011, effective December 29, 2011, as amended, entitled “Resolution adopting and approving the 2011 Capital Budget and the 2011 Community Development Block Grant Program, and the 2011 through 2016 Capital Improvement Program” by reducing DISTRICT 1 NEIGHBORHOOD NEEDS by fifty-five thousand dollars ($55,000.00) and increasing PARK RECONSTRUCTION by fifty-five thousand dollars ($55,000.00).
