Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of City Planning to enter into contract and hire consultant, Studio Bryan Hanes, to develop a master plan for South Side Park. The park master plan should be executed for a sum not to exceed Eighty Thousand Dollars and Zero Cents ($80,000.00).
