NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby recognize the hard work and sacrifice put into the entertainment industry by DJs and congratulates TJ Harris and DJ Get Nasty for creating an event to honor the 250 DJs in the Pittsburgh area with an annual event; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare Saturday, October 18, 2017, to be “DJ Appreciation Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
