Resolution further amending and supplementing Resolution No. 855 of 2011, entitled “adopting and approving the 2012 Capital Budget” by transferring $40,500 of Neighborhood Needs funding within District 1 Neighborhood Needs for surveillance cameras in Brighton Heights, Brightwood, East Allegheny, Observatory Hill, Spring Hill, and Troy Hill.
