NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby commend Geraldine Roberta Smith Muyango for being a community resource to families in need and for providing hope to those in distress; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare Tuesday, October 31, 2017, to be “Miss Bert Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
