NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby recognize and honor the Allegheny Health Network Cardiovascular Institute for pioneering novel life-enhancing and life-saving cardiovascular surgical procedures and medical therapies while always keeping the patient at the heart of all it does; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare Friday, November 3, 2017 to be “Allegheny Health Network Cardiovascular Institute Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
