NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby recognize and commend Michael Tracy’s decades-long commitment to his City, his community, and his neighbors; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare Tuesday, October 31, to be “Michael Tracy Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
