NOW BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare Friday, November 10, 2017, to be “St. Cyprian Consistory No. 4 & Pittsburgh Assembly No. 6 Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
