Resolution authorizing the Mayor and Director of Finance to enter into a Cooperation Agreement with the Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh regarding the Library’s use of FOUR HUNDRED THOUSAND ($400,000.00) dollars in Keystone Recreation, Park, and Conservation grant monies for the Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh for the replacement of the Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) and roofing systems at the Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh's Squirrel Hill Branch.
