Resolution authorizing the Mayor, the Director of the Department of Human Resources and Civil Service, and the Director of the Department of Public Safety to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with Partner4Work for operation and administration of the Learn & Earn Summer Youth Employment Program, at a total cost not to exceed One Million Dollars ($1,000,000.00) over one year.
