NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby commend Savoy Restaurant for recognizing women who have made an impact in society; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare Thursday November 16, 2017, to be “Savoy Restaurant Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
