NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby commend and celebrate Lisa McVay for her decades of dedicated service to Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh and congratulate her upon the occasion of her retirement; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare May 28, 2026, to be “Mary Lisa McVay Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
