Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works for the City of Pittsburgh (“City”) to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with the Borough of Wilkinsburg (“Borough”) for the collection of a portion of the Borough's municipal waste by the City, at a Borough cost not to exceed Three Million Four Hundred One Thousand Six Hundred Thirty One Dollars and Ninety Nine Cents ($3,401,631.99) over a period of three (3) years.
