NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby acknowledges Caitlyn McNulty and the Brookline Teen Outreach staff for providing teenagers in South Pittsburgh with a diverse array of after-school programs and opportunities that bolster their education and compliment our beloved community; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council hereby declares Tuesday, November 20, 2017, “Brookline Teen Outreach Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
