To authorize and direct the Board of Health to accept funds from the Ohio Commission on Minority Health and any additional funds for 2024 Minority Health Month Grant; to authorize the appropriation of funds from the unappropriated balance of the Health Department Grants Fund, to authorize the City Auditor to transfer appropriations between object classes for the 2024 Minority Health Month Grant; and to declare an emergency.
