To authorize the Finance and Management Director to associate the General Budget Reservation resulting from this ordinance with the appropriate current and pending Universal Term Contract Purchase Agreement for the purchase of ADS Flow Monitoring Parts and Services for the Division of Sewerage and Drainage, Sewer System Engineering Section; and to authorize the expenditure of $210,000.00 from the Sewer Operating Fund.
