To authorize the Board of Health to enter into contract with Crosby’s Drugs, Inc., pharmaceutical distribution services for the period January 1, 2024 through December 31, 2024; to waive the competitive bidding requirements; to authorize the expenditure of $70,000.00 from the Health Department Grants Fund to pay the costs thereof; and to declare an emergency.
