To authorize the Director of Finance and Management, on behalf of the Office of Construction Management, to modify and increase the professional engineering services agreement with THP Limited, Inc. to provide design and construction administration services for the 77 N. Front Street - Arrest Water Leaks at Curtain Wall Project; to authorize a transfer and expenditure up to $40,000.00 within the Construction Management Capital Improvements Fund; and to authorize an amendment to the 2023 Capital Improvements Budget.
