To authorize the Director of Public Service to enter into an agreement with the Short North Alliance (SNA) and contribute funding to the Short North Alliance (SNA) to support the various public parking initiatives; to appropriate funds within the Mobility Enterprise Fund Short North special parking area subfund; to authorize the expenditure of up to $300,000.00 from the Mobility Enterprise Fund Short North special parking area subfund for this project; and to declare an emergency.
