To authorize the Director of the Department of Building and Zoning Services to enter into contract with 3SG Plus, LLC, for the purchase of document conversion services from 3SG Plus, LLC; to waive the competitive bidding provisions of the Columbus City Codes; to retroactively authorize payment for services between November 1, 2023 the date a purchase order is confirmed; to authorize an expenditure from the Development Services Fund; and to declare an emergency.
