To authorize the Director of Public Utilities to modify the professional engineering services agreement with Hatch Associates Consultants Inc. for the Hap Cremean Water Plant Concrete Rehabilitation Project; to authorize an amendment to the 2023 Capital Improvements Budget; to authorize the appropriation and transfer of cash from the Water System Reserve Fund to the Water Fresh Water Market Rate Fund; and to authorize the appropriation of funds and expenditure of $1,925,000.00 from the Water Fresh Water Market Rate Fund to pay for the contract modification.
