To authorize the Director of Finance and Management to enter into contract with Bomar Construction Company, Inc. for one (1) year with the option to renew for three (3) additional one year periods, to provide for building maintenance and construction services for the Department of Finance and Management Fleet Management Division; to authorize the expenditure of $70,000.00 from the Fleet Operating Fund; and to declare an emergency.
